Ce projet se situe sur une vaste propriété privée datant de la fin du XIXème siècle qui se déploie à flanc de coteaux. Cette construction comprenant 52 logements, allie la réhabilitation du bâti existant sur le site avec des constructions neuves. Une partie de cet espace vert est située en contrebas du terrain permettant au projet de
s’inscrire en toute discrétion dans un écrin végétalisé préexistant qui par son échelle absorbe les constructions nouvelles à l’écriture sobre et classique, dans le paysage bien au dessous des canopées.

This project is located on a large private property dating back from the end of the 19th century which is spread out on the hillside. This construction comprising 52 housing units, combines the rehabilitation of existing buildings on the site with new constructions. Part of this green space is located below the land allowing the project to discreetly fit into a pre-existing green setting which, by its scale, absorbs new constructions with sober and classic architectural writing.
