La construction existante est une maison individuelle (R+2 + Combles) composée de deux volumes principaux dont l’intérêt patrimonial réside dans le traitement des façades en rocaillage . Le projet consiste à rassembler la construction principale à la 1ere annexe tout en conservant une écriture architecturale homogène. Le gabarit de l’extension reprend la volumétrie des parties de la construction basse de l’existant afin de mieux s’insérer dans l’ensemble. Cette extension sera prolongée vers l’extérieur par une terrasse en bois qui dessinera donc la nouvelle limite de l’ensemble.

The existing construction is a detached house (R+2 + Attic) composed of two main volumes whose heritage interest is in the treatment of the “rocailles” facades. The project consists of bringing together the main construction in the 1st annex while maintaining a homogeneous architectural style. The gauge of the extension will have the same volumetry than the parts of the low construction of the existing one in order to fit better into the whole. This house will be extended by a wooden terrace which will therefore draw the new limit of the construction.
