La façade du 70-72 avenue des Champs Elysées qui héberge l’hôtel Marriott, est inscrite à l’inventaire supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques par un arrêté datant du 23 Novembre 1992. Il s’agit du 1er batiment Vuitton , très soigné et détaillé. Nous sommes intervenus dans le cadre du ravalement de l’ensemble des façades du bâtiment. L’étude et dépôt d’un dossier PC auprès de l’ABF a été un challenge pour ce projet situé sur les mythiques Champs Elysées.

The façade of the building at 70-72 avenue des Champs Elysées currently accommodating the Marriott Hotel was included on the supplementary list of French Historic Monuments by the decree of November 23rd, 1992. This very carefully finished and detailed façade was the first Vuitton building. Our work consisted of renovating all the building facades. The design and request for a building permit submitted to the ABF (architects responsible for protecting French cultural heritage buildings) represented a real challenge for this project, located on the mythical Champs Elysées.
