Le projet Équinoxe est conçu pour s’intégrer délicatement dans son environnement. Le retrait de la construction par rapport à la rue est marqué par un mur d’enceinte en pierre de meulière, surmonté de ferronneries, encadrant un généreux espace végétalisé. Ce choix matériel, que l’on retrouve en soubassement et sur la partie centrale de la façade, dialogue avec l’identité traditionnelle du quartier tout en structurant la trame verte. Afin de préserver l’échelle pavillonnaire, le projet évite l’effet de masse en fragmentant le linéaire en un agrégat de volumes distincts. Ce séquençage est visuellement appuyé par une architecture en toiture à la Mansart, rythmée par des lucarnes au style traditionnel, et un jeu d’encadrements et de volets battants de couleur douce. Les appartements bénéficient tous de vastes espaces extérieurs, tels que de larges balcons filants et des terrasses, offrant un cadre de vie qualitatif ouvert sur le cœur d’îlot verdoyant.

The Équinoxe project is designed to integrate delicately into its surroundings. The setback of the building from the street is defined by a boundary wall in millstone, topped with wrought ironwork, enclosing a generous landscaped area. This material choice, also used at the base and in the central section of the façade, resonates with the traditional identity of the neighborhood while structuring the green framework. To preserve the scale of the surrounding houses, the project avoids a monolithic appearance by breaking up the linear volume into an aggregation of distinct forms. This sequencing is visually reinforced by a Mansard-style roof architecture, punctuated with traditional dormer windows, as well as a composition of window frames and softly colored shutters.

All apartments benefit from spacious outdoor areas, such as wide continuous balconies and terraces, offering a high-quality living environment open onto a lush green courtyard.
