Ce projet de faisabilité propose une densification verticale élégante en couronnant l’immeuble existant d’une
toiture mansardée en zinc. L’architecture se distingue par son volume d’angle en dôme et une façade bitonale
aux teintes douces. L’accent est mis sur la végétalisation en hauteur, avec des terrasses plantées offrant des
vues dégagées et un nouveau confort de vie en plein cœur de vile.

This feasibility project proposes an elegant vertical densification by crowning the existing building with a zinc mansard roof. The architecture is characterized by its domed corner volume and a two-tone facade in soft hues. Emphasis is placed on high-level greenery, featuring planted terraces that offer unobstructed views and a new standard of urban living in the heart of the city
