Surélévation d’un petit immeuble collectif et d’une maison de ville. Le projet concerne deux entités distinctes qui de par leur proximité géographique et architecturale sont traitées conjointement afin de préserver la cohérence stylistique et l’environnement dans lequel elles s’insèrent. Ces deux bâtiments datant du début du XXème siècle (maisons de ville jumelles), présentent un intérêt urbain et architectural spécifique. Le projet concerne d’une part la surélévation en ossature bois d’un petit immeuble d’habitations (à R+1) en vue de créer deux niveaux supplémentaires afin d’y aménager deux logements. L’autre partie concerne une maison de ville qui verra sa surface agrandie par une surélévation à R+2 en ossature bois également. La synergie de ces deux projets renforcera l’harmonisation des hauteurs en préservant l’identité de ces constructions.

Raising of a small apartment building and a townhouse. The project concerns two distinct entities which, due to their geographical and architectural proximity, are treated jointly in order to preserve the stylistic coherence and the environment in which they fit. These two buildings dating from the beginning of the 20th century (twin townhouses), present a specific urban and architectural interest. One part of the project concerns the elevation in wood frame of a small residential building in order to create two additional apartment flats. The other part concerns the extension of a town house which will see its surface enlarged by an elevation of 2 floors in a wooden frame as well. The synergy of these two projects will strengthen the harmonization of heights by preserving the identity of these two constructions.
